A one-of-a-kind apartment located in one of the few places in Phuket where you can enjoy amazing sunsets every single day (unless it’s cloudy obviously)! Because the location on the 15th floor, which is approximately in the middle of the tall building of more than 30 floors, gives a stunning view to the whole Patong Beach bay. At the same time you can follow what’s happening down in the cozy pedestrian street that runs from Patong Tower to the beach road. The apartment is well maintained and has all modern facilities to make your stay easy and comfortable. The whole glass front to the balcony has been replaced by new and modern sliding doors from Swiss Sun Paradise, with tinted and insulated glass which helps keeping the apartment cool and quiet. Instead of a flamboyant decoration, we have chosen a more rational arrangement as we have made a point of spaciousness and many practical details without giving up luxury and comfort. So the place is well suited for (elderly) couples who notoriously appreciate that. Since the apartment also has a double sofa bed in the living room, it is actually suitable for up to 4 people: 3 adults, or 2 adults + 2 minors. When entering the condo and going out on its cozy balcony you will immediately realize that the view to the beach and Patong Bay is totally stunning! Every day you can enjoy the sunset (depending on the clouds). Later on when you go downstairs and outside you will appreciate the central location of the condominium as no matter if you need to go to the beach, the shopping center or the night life the distance is pretty short. If you would rather relax indoors, you can enjoy all the comforts that the apartment offers and at the same time it will be neat and orderly, as there is plenty of storage space for your own things. My story: I am a retired It guy living in Denmark with my family and not far from Copenhagen. In 1995 I started travelling to Thailand and 5 years later I visited Phuket for the first time. Since then I returned to the island every year and later on twice a year. Why select to stay at our Apartment than hotel room: It is much better to stay at our rare 4 bedrooms apartment than the hotel because of its prime location, its price (compared to same size of property) and its facilities (best sea view swimming pool and in between 2 buildings). This apartment provides 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms on 5th floor and 2 bedrooms in 6th floor. There are 3 bathrooms ensuite with 2 floors (Duplex) plus 65 inches Smart TV (to watch your Netflix/You tube/Premium Cable Channels), full kitchen (we provide everything you need in the kitchen), sea view balcony, sea view living room, sea view bedroom (what else you need for your vacation, 100% sea view everywhere you go) and balcony with seating to enjoy your sunset and good wine/drinks. This Is A Must To Do. It is strongly recommended to rent motor bike or car for staying at this apartment so you all can explode the Phuket city well. What are not provided in this apartment: 1. We do not provide daily cleaning but you can ask for this service at Thb800, which is included deep cleaning plus change of all linens and towels. We do not change towels either on daily or weekly, so you must be happy to wash it with the washer (laundry room at the building with dryer) during your stay. 2. We do not provide any breakfast, you can do simple cooking for your own breakfast with eggs, hams and breads. 3. We do not refill the tissue papers, water bottles, detergents and other stuff, we would recommend you to buy it from supermarket to refill upto your requirements during your stay, as we dont have staff staying in this building. Location: it is located at the Patong residential area, just 1 kilometer walking to the beautiful beach area of Patong. Along 1 kilometer, there are Family Mart, 7-11, Restaurants, Street Foods, Fresh Market, Bank, Largest Fitness Center, Tour Counter, Massage shops, Motorbike rental shop, a lot of tuk tuk available and whatever you need for your stay, you can get everything here. 2. A big 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (both shower rooms). One bathroom is in the Master bedroom and second bathroom is in the second bedroom, so third bedroom must share with second bedroom. It is therefore suitable for family or friends, who are happy to share bathroom. Children with parent, parent can stay in Master bedroom (no bathroom sharing), whilst children can use 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom sharing. 3. Private Fiber Optic WIFI is installed for private use, even the whole building has provided internet system but we do understand your need to work at home.
