Our apartment offers you full comfort, with 43'' satellite TV, Netflix, WiFi, airco : all included! In the kitchen you'll find everything you need : fridge/freezer, hob, oven, coffee machine & Dolce Gusto, electrical barbecue. All linen and towels are included! There is a communal pool, we already installed some sunbeds for you, free to use.

It has a large balcony and two large terraces with different solar orientations, one to the east and the other to the west, so you can rest, socialise, enjoy the sun and eat wherever you want; It has a solarium, pergola, electric awning, sun loungers, three sets of tables and chairs, barbecue. The front terrace can be accessed directly from the public road, where you can park your car right outside the house. The beaches of Mar de Cristal are a 600 meters - 10 minutes walk away, with a blue flag category, they offer a good bath for families and the practice of water activities thanks to the warm and calm waters of the Mar Menor. In the town you can find a supermarket, tennis club, paddle tennis, sailing school and several bars and restaurants very close. Mar de Cristal beach has a wide promenade, with restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, and traditional and craft shops.
